| Shipping policy – Generally, we can only ship within the United States and we can’t ship to any PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses; However under special circumstances after making the arrangement with the Business Office, we allow international shipping. The merchandise will be shipped within 3-4 business days (depends on item availability). Shipping cost is not refundable and the customers are responsible for their own return shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Return policy – return must be postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date. The customers need to provide their name, address, order date, day time phone number and reason for return. To get the refund, the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all original packaging.
Exchange policy – merchandise must be postmarked within 15 days after the delivery date. We only accept exchange if it’s a wrong order, size, etc not because the customer is not satisfied with the products. The customer will be charged $6.95 for the exchange standard shipping cost via UPS Ground, unless it’s STL Shop mistake for sending the wrong order. The customers have an option to upgrade the shipping. All sale and close out items are not refundable.
