The GO Project at St. Luke’s

The GO Project's approach is to find under-resourced and academically struggling public school students early in their education and provide them with the resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

St. Luke’s partners with GO to use classroom space at St. Luke’s School on Saturdays and during the summer to provide a high-quality tutoring and enrichment program for struggling elementary school students, and equip them with the skills needed for future success. Through GO’s year-round academic, enrichment and family support program, students are welcomed into a supportive community that fosters their growth. GO students are drawn from more than 30 public elementary schools across Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Alongside partner sites such as Grace Church, Avenues: The World School, and Berkeley Carroll School, St. Luke’s is proud to host and support GO Project.

Please contact Jill if you would like to know more about upcoming volunteer opportunities in late Fall and Winter 2021-2022.
